A last minute family shoot with some of my favorite people :) Carlo, Tammy and Tavila . The beach in December (note, this was right before it rained and it was so cold Tavila didn't want to put her feet in the sand!) was so wet that carlo had to piggy back us all; yes including me, to the other side of the beach swamp! What a guy. I think it was worth it.

Grace is one of my bestest friends...she threw this awesome party for her Mom, Mary's 60th Birthday and i got to take a couple pics of the Girlz! They were lucky enough to have graces sisters, Taj and Amaria there as well. What a beautiful family, inside and out! Love you guys :)

I shot Ryans brothers wedding last year and had the pleasure of working with Sarah and Ryan in 08. They are such a blast, it really was a fun day. This photo is of Sarah's instructions on how to bustle her dress...there were 3 pages of notes!

My son Rio has been wanting to go fishing all summer. We have walked up and down the wharf watching the fisherman with their catch flopping about in buckets and he is fascinated. I am not really a fishing person so when my friend Julie said her dad was going to be fishing at the wharf we jumped on the opportunity to give it a try...

This is Luke, Julie and Rodney's son and it was his 3rd birthday.

We didn't catch anything but here is looks like Luke got snagged on something.

Orion who was more interested in trying to throw the fishing pole off the wharf was pleased when he got to "drive" the truck instead.

This was the same day as my daughter Riley's little guard competition. I was so proud of her for running all the races. This relay was the last one for her set and her favorite one of the day.

Yes this is a LONG post...working every weekend i haven't taken pictures of the kids much at all lately so this week I picked up the camera...these are the days I want to remember, what I am most proud of. They make me laugh and make my life crazy good.

Then Riley went to little guards and the boys and I went out to doughnuts (we saved one for her!)

Back at home the kids broke out the Orangina, yes another treat...just trying to live up these last days of summer break.
